SALES CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE

_

Deposit has been given or sent to hold a puppy until it is picked up at 9 -12 weeks of age, depending on when breeder decides that the puppy is ready to go home. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the puppy becomes ill or dies before it is picked up, then a full refund will be returned. The breeder has the right to refuse or terminate the sale of a puppy at anytime. The puppy will not leave until it is paid for in full with either cash or cashier’s check. This puppy is NOT to be used for breeding and must be spayed/neutered between 4 to 8 months of age. AKC papers will be held until proof of spay/neuter has been received from the buyer's vet. All puppies are sold with Limited Registration. The Buyer should have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy (at the Buyer’s expense) within 48 hours of possession. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, a puppy replacement will be given upon returning the puppy and paperwork within 48 hours. Along with a copy of the vet report. Seller has up until one year to replace the said puppy. If there is a problem and the Buyer decides to keep the puppy, all veterinary bills will be the responsibility of the Buyer. No money will be refunded, this is a puppy replacement guarantee only.

The puppy has a one year health guarantee in the case of death due to a genetic related disorder. The owner must provide a written document to the breeder from a vet who performed the autopsy stating the cause of death. If the breeders own vet approves the diagnosis, the puppy will be replaced with a puppy of the same sex and value within 12 months of the passing. The breeder is not responsible for vet bills or other expenses. This guarantee does NOT cover things such as tight nostrils and hernias, these are congenital conditions that exist in the breed.

Owners are required to give all immunizations and put the puppy on heartworm preventative. For the protection of the puppy, you as the buyer, agree not to sell, trade, lease out, euthanize or give away the puppy/dog without the written permission from the seller. If the buyer can no longer keep the dog at any time during the dog's life, for any reason, the breeder will be notified. It is agreed that at the buyer's expense, the dog will be returned to the breeder with all applicable paperwork. The breeder will find a suitable home for the puppy to be placed in at the buyer's expense, if any are to occur. I DO NOT want my puppies or dogs to end up unwanted in a shelter or abused by someone that no longer wants them.

Adult sizes  are an estimate only, based on seller’s experience. Colors can also change. No guarantees are made.
